Get help applying for Universal Credit
Our Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application, through to your first payment.
Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice.
It’s free, independent and confidential.
Our trained advisers can help with things like how to gather evidence for your application or how to prepare for your work coach appointment.

North Warwickshire Citizens Advice runs an outreach service on the third Tuesday of every month for help with most issues, including, benefits, debt, money, employment, housing, legal.

North Warwickshire Citizens Advice is able to provide you with free energy advice to help you save money and cut down costs on your gas and electricity supply, and we can give you information on certain grants and benefits to help pay for your energy if you’re elderly, disabled, on a low income.
We can give you information and advice on Smart Meters and energy saving measures which might help you make changes to reduce expenditure, helping you make savings.
