You can access our advice in several ways:
Face-to-face Advice
No appointment is required in most cases; just visit our office during our opening hours to speak to an adviser.
We operate an ‘Initial Check’ system, which involves a short discussion about your issues before deciding on the next step. This may be providing advice, information or booking appointments, to make it quicker and easier for you to get the right help.

If you have any difficulty accessing the building via the front steps, please use the intercom at the rear.
Please note that due to the limitations of our building, some wheelchair users may find it difficult to gain access. Our doors are 70cm in width. If your wheelchair or scooter exceeds this, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.

You can also make free calls to your local Citizens Advice from some Community Hubs and facilities.
