Face-to-face Advice
Face to face is currently available after initial assessment by phone or email. Most enquiries will be dealt with at initial contact – if an ongoing appointment is necessary this may be by phone, video conference or face to face. If you have any specific support requirements please contact: 01827 712 852
We operate an ‘Initial Check’ system, which involves a short discussion about your issues and support requirements before deciding on the next step. This may be providing advice, information or booking appointments, to make it quicker and easier for you to get the right help.
