Notice of Annual General Meeting

This is to give formal notice that the Annual General Meeting of the North Warwickshire Citizens Advice will be held at 11am on Thursday 18th November 2021, to hear ratification of the resolutions listed below, all of which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions.

  1. To receive the Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 March 2021. 
  1. Resolution 1: To consider and, if thought fit, to resolve that Roger Minett, being a trustee retiring at the third annual general meeting after his last election, and having indicated his willingness to stand for re-election, be hereby re-elected
  1. Resolution 2: To consider and, if thought fit, to resolve that Lorraine Teague, being a trustee retiring at the third annual general meeting after her last election, and having indicated her willingness to stand for re-election, be hereby re-elected
  1. Resolution 3: To consider and, if thought fit, to resolve that David Stone, being a trustee retiring at the third annual general meeting after his last election, and having indicated his willingness to stand for re-election, be hereby re-elected 
  1. Resolution 4: To consider and, if thought fit, to resolve that Marian Humphreys, being a trustee retiring at the third annual general meeting after her appointment to the Board, and having indicated her willingness to stand for re-election, be hereby re-elected.

Each member has the right to appoint a proxy by depositing a completed form of proxy, in the form attached at The Parish Rooms, Welcome Street, Atherstone CV9 1DU. A proxy is not entitled to speak at the meeting nor to join in calling for a poll.
