North Warwickshire Citizens Advice offers advice on a wide range of issues including benefits, debt, housing and employment problems, or queries about consumer (including energy), or tax. We answer questions about legal matters and can help find free legal advice, advice on discrimination and family and personal matters.
You can contact by phone or email or access self-help. Face to face appointments will be offered when relevant and could be at our Atherstone office or at an outreach location.
We are providing a full range of services. Our ‘drop in’ sessions are currently not available however we offer face to face support and advice by appointment.

Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms .
Stay at home if you have either:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
