Face-to-face Advice

Most enquiries will be dealt with when you call or visit, without the need for a pre-booked appointment. We operate an Initial Check system involving a short discussion about your situation and support requirements.

If an appointment is needed, it may take place by telephone, video conference or face to face.

If you have specific support requirements, call 0808 250 5715 or leave a message using our online enquiry form.

Our Drop-In Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am–2pm.

If you have difficulty accessing the building via the front steps, ring the intercom at the rear, where level access and an accessible advice room are available. Clients may also use the free rear car park when spaces are available.
