Most enquiries will be dealt with when you call or visit without need for a pre-booked appointment. We operate an Initial Check system, which involves a short discussion about your issues and support requirements before deciding how we can help. Our trained advisors will provide advice, information, or book you an appointment.
If an appointment is necessary this may be by phone, video conference or face to face.
If you have any specific support requirements, please contact 0808 250 5715 or leave a message with our online enquiry form.
Our Drop-In Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am – 2pm
