DisAbility Cornwall is a charity that provides independent, confidential and free information and advice service to people living with a long term health condition or disability, their families, carers and professionals.

 

Their dedicated DIAL service provides support across a full range of disability related enquiries, including:

  • Housing & Home Environment
  • Training, Volunteering & Employment
  • Social & Leisure Opportunities
  • Independent Living & Equipment
  • Health & Well-being

In addition our dedicated Citizens Advice adviser assists clients to complete a range of forms either in person or by telephone depending on needs, such as:-

  • Attendance allowance
  • Personal Independence Payments
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Lasting Power of Attorney
  • Homechoice application
  • Universal Credit Work capability questionnaire.
