What are smart meters all about? Come and talk to us at NWCAB and find out! Citizens Advice is the statutory energy representative for energy consumers, so we are currently gathering and sharing all the information you need to know about the smart meter rollout in the UK.
Smart meters let you see how much energy you are using; you can identify the areas where you’re using a lot of energy and might want to make changes to reduce it, helping you put a stop to any energy wastage. They also help prevent inaccurate bills and save you time by submitting meter readings automatically.

North Warwickshire Citizens Advice runs an outreach service on the 3rd Tuesday of every month for help with most issues, including, benefits, debt, money, employment, housing, legal.

Citizens Advice North Warwickshire provides impartial, independent and free advice services for people living and working in North Warwickshire.

We offer advice to clients in person, over the telephone, and by email. You can also make free calls to the bureau from any of our community hubs.
When you contact us for for advice, you will initially speak to one of our trained volunteers who will assess how we can help with your enquiry. This will usually be an interview lasting for approximately 15 minutes. We may be able to assist you with information that can help with your enquiry during this interview. If not, we may decide you need an appointment or a referral to one of our specialists or elsewhere.
We currently have over thirty trained staff and volunteers who operate in a wide variety of roles.
We are a fully independent registered charity with our own Trustee Board.
We are a member of Citizens Advice.
