New Coleshill Outreach at Coleshill Town Hall
North Warwickshire Citizens Advice are running a new outreach service on the 3rd Tuesday of every month for help with most issues, including, benefits, debt, money, employment, housing, legal.
The first session will be on 21st November 2017 and is by appointment only.

North Warwickshire Citizens Advice is currently recruiting for 2 exciting roles – Generalist Advisers and Trustee Board members.

Coleshill Library Information Point
Our Coleshill Library drop-in on a Wednesday morning will be operating on a fortnightly basis throughout the summer holidays.
We will be at Coleshill Library on the following dates:
- Wednesday 2nd August
- Wednesday 16th August
- Wednesday 30th August
Normal service will resume on Wednesday 13th September from 10am to 12pm.

Volunteers who give advice to clients are at the heart of the service and the bureau has just completed a successful recruitment campaign to meet increasing demand for advice services.
Citizens Advice North Warwickshire provides impartial, independent and free advice services for people living and working in North Warwickshire.

We offer advice to clients in person, over the telephone, and by email. You can also make free calls to the bureau from any of our community hubs.
When you contact us for for advice, you will initially speak to one of our trained volunteers who will assess how we can help with your enquiry. This will usually be an interview lasting for approximately 15 minutes. We may be able to assist you with information that can help with your enquiry during this interview. If not, we may decide you need an appointment or a referral to one of our specialists or elsewhere.
We currently have over thirty trained staff and volunteers who operate in a wide variety of roles.
We are a fully independent registered charity with our own Trustee Board.
We are a member of Citizens Advice.
