Citizens Advice’s national website provides round-the-clock access to information about your rights and entitlements. It also helps you to have a better understanding of the issues you may be facing and helps you to take the first steps in resolving your problems.

If you know what the issue is, then you may be able to get the immediate help you need through our Citizens Advice website. Please visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk

 

Face-to-face Advice

 

Most enquiries will be dealt with at initial contact – if an ongoing appointment is necessary this may be by phone, video conference or face to face. If you have any specific support requirements, please contact: 01827 712 852 – Please Note messages are regularly checked throughout the day.

Drop-In Hours: Monday, Tuesday  and Friday 10am – 2pm

We operate an ‘Initial Check’ system, which involves a short discussion about your issues and support requirements before deciding the next step. Our trained advisors will provide advice, information, or book you an appointment.

If you have any difficulty accessing the building via the front steps, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.
